Tally

Tally is an online form platform used to create and publish forms for data collection, registrations, and questionnaires. Forms can be shared using hosted URLs or embedded directly within website pages.

Form creation, configuration, and submission management are handled within the Tally platform. On ShopWired websites, embed code is added to individual website pages to display forms where required.

1. Create a Tally account if you don't already have one
2. Create and configure your form within Tally
3. Obtain the embed code provided for your form
4. Add the embed code to the required ShopWired website page
5. The form displays on your ShopWired website
