OpenWidget is a customer communication widget platform that enables businesses to display contact forms, FAQs, messaging integrations and sales tools within a single on-site widget. It also includes custom links, navigation buttons, product displays and trust elements.

Widget content, contact forms, FAQs and messaging integrations are configured and managed within your OpenWidget account. On your ShopWired website, the OpenWidget script displays the widget across your pages, allowing visitors to interact with your configured tools.

2. Complete the onboarding process and configure your widget content
3. Obtain your installation script from your OpenWidget account
4. Add the script to your ShopWired theme
5. The OpenWidget will display across your ShopWired website
