Intercom is a customer communication platform used to provide live chat and messaging tools for interacting with website visitors.
Messaging settings, automated replies, conversation routing, and optional help centre features are configured and managed within the Intercom platform. The Messenger widget is displayed on your ShopWired website by adding an Intercom JavaScript snippet to your website theme.
