Intercom is a customer communication platform used to provide live chat and messaging tools for interacting with website visitors.

Messaging settings, automated replies, conversation routing, and optional help centre features are configured and managed within the Intercom platform. The Messenger widget is displayed on your ShopWired website by adding an Intercom JavaScript snippet to your website theme.

1. Create an Intercom account if you don't already have one
2. Configure Messenger and messaging settings in Intercom
3. Obtain the Messenger JavaScript snippet from your Intercom account
4. Add the snippet to your ShopWired website theme
5. The Messenger is displayed across your ShopWired website
