Chaport

Chaport is a live chat and chatbot platform used to enable real-time messaging between website visitors and support teams.

Chat widgets, chatbots, and messaging settings are configured and managed within the Chaport platform. A live chat widget is displayed on your ShopWired website by adding a Chaport JavaScript widget script to your theme.

• Display a live chat widget on your website

• Visitors can send messages and receive responses in real time or leave messages when chat is offline

• Automated chat behaviour appears within the live chat widget on your website

• Manage conversations in Chaport

• Chat history and visitor messages are stored and managed in your Chaport account

1. Create a Chaport account if you don't already have one
2. Complete the Chaport account setup
3. Obtain the JavaScript widget script from your Chaport account
4. Add the script to your ShopWired website theme
5. The live chat widget is displayed on all pages of your ShopWired website
