Voiceform is a platform for creating conversational surveys that collect responses using voice, video, audio, and text. Businesses can use these interactive forms to gather feedback, run surveys, and collect insights from customers and website visitors.

Surveys are created and managed within your Voiceform account. Once a survey is published, Voiceform provides embed code that can be added to your ShopWired website so visitors can complete the survey directly from your pages.

1. Create a Voiceform account if you don't already have one
2. Create and configure a survey within your Voiceform account
3. Generate the embed code for the survey
4. Add the embed code to your ShopWired website pages or landing pages
5. Visitors can complete the survey directly on your ShopWired website
