Freshdesk is a customer support platform that provides ticketing, live chat, and customer communication tools. When used with ShopWired, Freshdesk allows you to display a web chat widget on your website so visitors can contact your support team in real time.
Chat widgets, agent availability, routing rules, and reporting are created and managed within the Freshdesk dashboard. The chat widget is displayed on a ShopWired website by adding JavaScript embed code to your theme or to individual pages.

Getting started with the integration
