Analytics features, recordings, heatmaps, funnels and survey settings are created and managed in PostHog, while the JavaScript snippet loads on your ShopWired website to record visitor interactions and display analytics-driven overlays.

5. PostHog can begin recording visitor interactions and analytics data from your ShopWired website
