Jotform

Jotform is an online platform for building and managing forms used to collect information from website visitors. Forms can be used for enquiries, feedback, surveys, registrations, and other types of data collection using a drag-and-drop form builder and ready-made templates.

Forms are created and managed within your Jotform account. Once published, Jotform provides embed code that allows the form or a feedback button to appear on your ShopWired website so visitors can submit information directly from your pages.

1. Create a Jotform account if you don't already have one
2. Create a form using the Jotform form builder or choose a template
3. Publish the form and copy the embed code provided by Jotform
4. Add the embed code to your ShopWired theme or website pages
5. The form or feedback button appears on your ShopWired website for visitors to submit information
