Paperform

Paperform is an online form platform used to create hosted and embedded forms for collecting enquiries, registrations, and other data. Forms can be displayed inline within page content or as full screen experiences.

Form creation, configuration, and submission management are handled within the Paperform platform. On ShopWired websites, embed code is added to individual website pages to display forms where required.

1. Create a Paperform account if you don't already have one
2. Create and configure your form within Paperform
3. Obtain the embed code provided for your form
4. Add the embed code to the required ShopWired website page
5. The form displays on your ShopWired website
