Facebook Shop and Ads

Facebook allows you to showcase and advertise your products by creating a catalogue within Meta’s Commerce Manager, enabling use in Facebook Shop and paid advertising.

Your products remain managed in your ShopWired account and are exported as an XML feed using the Product Multi-Channel Feed app. Meta imports this feed into Commerce Manager to create and maintain your product catalogue, which can then be used across Facebook surfaces.

• Create a product catalogue in Meta

• Import your ShopWired products into Meta’s Commerce Manager to make them available for Facebook Shop and advertising

• Use your products in Facebook Shop and Ads

• Display your synced products in your Facebook Shop and promote them in dynamic adverts

• Schedule automatic feed updates

• Configure Meta to fetch your XML feed daily to keep pricing, stock and product details aligned with your ShopWired website

• Product data is exported from ShopWired via the Product Multi-Channel Feed app and processed and stored within your Meta Commerce Manager account

1. Create a Facebook business page if you don't already have one
2. Access Meta Commerce Manager and choose to add products via a data feed
3. Install and configure the Product Multi-Channel Feed app to generate your XML product feed
4. Add your feed URL in Commerce Manager, set the default currency and schedule daily uploads
5. Meta processes your feed and creates a catalogue for use in Facebook Shop and Ads
