Retino is a returns, warranty, and customer support platform used to manage customer requests through a self-service portal and ticket-based system.

Customer portals, workflows, and ticket management are configured and managed within the Retino platform, while the customer-facing portal is displayed on your ShopWired website using JavaScript and HTML embed code.

2. Complete the Retino onboarding and configuration process
3. Obtain the customer portal embed code from Retino
4. Add the embed code to a ShopWired page using a custom HTML section
5. The Retino customer portal is displayed on your ShopWired website for customer use
