Seamlessly integrate your ShopWired account with QuickBooks
Connect your ShopWired account to QuickBooks to automatically generate invoices and sync order data. Orders received on your website are seamlessly exported, ensuring accurate financial tracking with minimal manual work.
- Accurate financial tracking: Orders create invoices, allocate payments to the correct bank accounts and handle VAT automatically
- Customer record handling: Automatically create new customer records or match them to existing ones in QuickBooks

Getting started with the integration
To connect your ShopWired and QuickBooks accounts follow these steps:
- Create a QuickBooks account via Create a QuickBooks account
- Select Install this app
- Select the Connect to QuickBooks button to authorise access
- You will be redirected to the Intuit website to log in to your QuickBooks account (if not already logged in)
- Once logged in, authenticate the ShopWired app by selecting the Connect option
- After granting access, you will be redirected back to your ShopWired account to configure the app’s settings
