Control the delivery rates available at checkout
The delivery rate exceptions app allows you to manage which delivery rates appear at checkout based on the products in a customer’s basket. You can exclude specific delivery rates when certain products are in the basket or create delivery rates that are only available for selected products.
- Exclude delivery rates: Prevent certain delivery rates from appearing when selected products are in the basket
- Include delivery rates: Make specific delivery rates available only when selected products are in the basket
- Easy configuration: A dropdown appears for each delivery rate in your account, allowing you to set exclusions or inclusions for up to 50 products per rate
- Improve checkout accuracy: Ensure customers only see the most relevant delivery rates for their order
- Ideal for special shipping needs: Restrict delivery for bulky, heavy or fragile products without relying on weight-based pricing
Getting started with the app
To install and configure the delivery rate exceptions app, follow these steps:

- Navigate to Checkout > Delivery & Collection and open your Shipping rates to start configuring your exclusions and inclusions
