Custom fields

The custom fields app allows you to add additional data to various elements of your website and ShopWired account, including categories, brands, products, pages, blog posts and customers.
You can create different types of custom fields such as text fields, data lists, product lists and date and time fields. These fields can be used for a variety of purposes, from displaying extra information on your website to altering the functionality of your pages.

• Flexible custom fields: Add and manage extra data for different areas of your website
• Supports multiple use cases: Use for simple or complex data, such as displaying product-specific messages
• Applicable to multiple areas: Add custom fields to products, categories, brands, orders, pages, blog posts and customers

To install and configure the custom fields app, follow these steps:

1. Select Install this app
2. Create custom fields by navigating to Settings > Custom fields
3. Configure the data for the created custom fields in the relevant section of your ShopWired account
