Katana

Katana is a manufacturing and inventory management platform designed to help businesses manage products, materials, production and sales within a single system. It supports bill of materials management, production planning, stock monitoring and order management.

Product data is exported from your ShopWired account as a CSV file and uploaded into your Katana account. Katana provides a CSV import template that defines the required column structure, allowing you to create or update products and align inventory data with your manufacturing workflows.

1. Create a Katana account
2. Use the export option in your ShopWired account to download products as a CSV file
3. Review Katana’s CSV import template and adjust your exported file if required to match the defined structure
4. Upload the completed CSV file within your Katana account and configure any necessary column mapping
5. Products are created or updated in Katana and available for inventory and production management
