Order data is generated on your ShopWired website when a purchase is completed, and this data is automatically sent to Airtable where new records are created and stored within your selected base and table.

• When an order is finalised on your ShopWired website, a new record is created in your Airtable table

• Structure customer and order information

• Order description, customer name, email address and phone number are mapped to fields within your Airtable table

• Store complete order details

• Shipping address and order ID are recorded in your Airtable table for reference and tracking

• Data handling and responsibility

• Order data is transmitted via Make and stored within your Airtable account

1. Create an Airtable account if you don't already have one
2. Import the provided scenario blueprint into Make
3. Connect your ShopWired, Make and Airtable accounts
4. Configure your destination base and table with the required fields
5. Finalised orders on your ShopWired website will create records in Airtable
