Customer and order activity from your ShopWired website is synchronised with your Omnisend account using a JavaScript tracking snippet added to your website theme. Campaigns, automations and reporting are managed within Omnisend, while customer interactions take place through your ShopWired storefront.

Getting started with the integration
- Create an Omnisend account if you don't already have one
- During setup, select Other as your ecommerce platform and enter your ShopWired store URL
- Copy the JavaScript tracking snippet provided in your Omnisend account
- Add the Omnisend tracking snippet to your ShopWired theme
- Customer and order activity from your ShopWired website will synchronise with Omnisend for marketing automation
