Omnisend is a marketing automation platform designed for ecommerce businesses to manage email and SMS communications. It enables merchants to create campaigns, automate customer journeys and analyse performance from a single platform.

Customer and order activity from your ShopWired website is synchronised with your Omnisend account using a JavaScript tracking snippet added to your website theme. Campaigns, automations and reporting are managed within Omnisend, while customer interactions take place through your ShopWired storefront.

• Synchronise store data with Omnisend

• Customer and order data is processed within your Omnisend account via the tracking snippet installed on your ShopWired website

1. Create an Omnisend account if you don't already have one
2. During setup, select Other as your ecommerce platform and enter your ShopWired store URL
3. Copy the JavaScript tracking snippet provided in your Omnisend account
4. Add the Omnisend tracking snippet to your ShopWired theme
5. Customer and order activity from your ShopWired website will synchronise with Omnisend for marketing automation
