Nudgify

Nudgify is a social proof and urgency platform that displays real-time notifications, known as nudges, to build trust and encourage action on ecommerce websites.

Nudges, display rules, and data sources are configured and managed within the Nudgify platform, while notifications are displayed on your ShopWired website by adding a JavaScript script and supplying event data using webhooks where required.

• Display social proof and urgency messages

• Visitors see real-time nudges such as recent purchases, product views, and low stock messages on your ShopWired website

• Use ShopWired event data for nudges

• Order and customer events from ShopWired are sent to Nudgify using webhooks for selected nudge types

• Manage nudge behaviour in Nudgify

• Nudge content, appearance, and data handling are processed and stored within the Nudgify platform

1. Create a Nudgify account if you don't already have one
2. Install the Nudgify JavaScript script on your ShopWired website theme
3. Create smart webhooks in Nudgify for the required nudge types
4. Add the Nudgify webhook URLs to your ShopWired account for relevant events
5. Nudges display on your ShopWired website based on your Nudgify configuration
