Nicereply

Nicereply is a customer feedback platform used to collect visitor feedback through on-site pop-up surveys using metrics such as CSAT, CES, and NPS.

Surveys, metrics, triggers, and reporting are created and managed within the Nicereply platform, while surveys are displayed on your ShopWired website by adding a script to your website theme and trigger code to selected pages.

1. Create a Nicereply account if you don't already have one
2. Create and configure a survey in Nicereply
3. Obtain the Nicereply tracking script and trigger code
4. Add the tracking script to your ShopWired website theme
5. Nicereply surveys display on selected pages of your ShopWired website
