Slack (New Order Notifications via Make.com)

Slack is a team messaging platform that enables businesses to communicate in real time using channels. When combined with Make.com, it can be used to receive automated internal notifications based on activity from your ShopWired website.

This integration uses a ShopWired webhook to trigger a Make.com scenario when an order is finalised. Make.com receives the order data and sends a formatted message to a selected Slack channel, allowing your team to be notified instantly of new orders.

1. Create a Make.com account if you don't already have one
2. Import the ShopWired to Slack scenario blueprint into your Make.com account
3. Connect your Slack workspace to Make.com
4. Select the Slack channel where order notifications should be posted
5. Activate the scenario so new ShopWired orders trigger Slack notifications automatically
