With FEA Create, you create and manage forms, surveys, quizzes, contacts, pipelines and automation workflows within your FEA Create account, while embedded forms and interactive content appear directly on your ShopWired website for customers to complete.

1. Create a FEA Create account if you don't already have one
2. Create and configure your form, survey or quiz within your FEA Create account
3. Generate the embed code provided for your chosen form, survey or quiz
4. Add the embed code to your ShopWired website using a custom HTML section
5. The form, survey or quiz will display on your website and submissions will be collected in FEA Create
