1. Create an Easy Peasy Funnels account if you don't already have one
2. Create and configure your form, survey or quiz within your Easy Peasy Funnels account
3. Generate the embed code provided for your chosen form, survey or quiz
4. Add the embed code to your ShopWired website using a custom HTML section
5. The form, survey or quiz will display on your website and submissions will be collected in Easy Peasy Funnels
