Delighted is a customer feedback platform used to collect visitor insights through on-site web surveys, shareable survey links, and email-based surveys.

Surveys, display rules, timing, and reporting are created and managed within the Delighted platform, while web surveys are displayed on your ShopWired website by adding a JavaScript snippet.

1. Create a Delighted account if you don't already have one
2. Create and configure a survey in Delighted
3. Obtain the Delighted JavaScript snippet from your account
4. Add the script to your ShopWired website theme
5. Delighted surveys and links collect feedback from your website visitors
