OneID age verification

The OneID app connects your ShopWired account to OneID, one of the UK’s leading age verification providers. Enable secure, compliant sales of age-restricted products by prompting customers to verify their age quickly during checkout. Returning customers who have already verified their age are not prompted again unless you enable the “always verify” setting.

To install and configure the OneID app, follow these steps:

1. Install the ShopWired custom fields app
2. Locate and install the OneID app from your ShopWired account
3. Enter your OneID client ID and secret in the app settings
4. Configure your preferred verification options and connect your OneID account
