All chat widgets, AI agents, and conversation settings are created and managed within the Kommunicate platform. A JavaScript plugin provided by Kommunicate is added to your ShopWired theme to display the chat widget to visitors across your website.

2. Configure chat settings or AI agents in Kommunicate
3. Obtain the installation script provided by Kommunicate
4. Add the script to your ShopWired theme
5. The chat widget displays to visitors across your website
