Supplier dispatch emails

The Supplier dispatch emails app allows you to notify your suppliers by email when new orders are received on your website. You can configure a supplier email address for each brand in your ShopWired account and choose whether supplier emails are sent automatically or manually.

When enabled, the app sends a separate email to each supplier containing only the products from the order that belong to their brand. This ensures suppliers receive clear, brand-specific dispatch instructions.

• Automatic notifications: Automatically send supplier emails when a new order is placed
• Manual control: Send supplier emails directly from the order page when required
• Brand-specific emails: Each supplier receives details only for their own products
• Full audit trail: View sent emails in the order timeline and resend them if needed

Supplier emails are only sent for brands with a configured supplier email address.
