Gelato is a print on demand platform that enables businesses to produce and fulfil customised products through a global network of print providers.

Orders are exported from your ShopWired account and uploaded to Gelato using CSV files, where fulfilment is managed. Customers place orders on your ShopWired website, and you prepare and submit those orders to Gelato for production and delivery.

1. Create a Gelato account
2. Export order data from your ShopWired account as a CSV file
3. Adjust the CSV file to match Gelato’s required format and column structure
4. Upload the CSV file into your Gelato account for fulfilment
5. Orders are processed and fulfilled by Gelato for your ShopWired customers
