Add ClickUp order forms to your ShopWired website
ClickUp is a project management platform that allows you to create custom forms for collecting structured information. These forms can be used as order forms to capture product requirements, service requests or bespoke order details from customers.
Using ClickUp’s embed functionality, you can display an order form directly on a page of your ShopWired website. The form is hosted by ClickUp and embedded into your website using an iframe provided in your ClickUp account.

Getting started with the integration
- Create a ClickUp account if you don't already have one
- Create an order form within your ClickUp workspace
- Copy the embed code provided for your form in ClickUp
- Add a Custom HTML section to your chosen ShopWired page and paste the embed code
- The ClickUp order form will display on your ShopWired website and accept submissions
