Chatra is a live chat platform used to enable real-time messaging between website visitors and support teams through a chat widget.

Chat widget settings, agent availability, and message handling are managed within the Chatra platform. A chat widget is displayed on your ShopWired website by embedding a Chatra JavaScript snippet into your website theme.

1. Create a Chatra account if you don't already have one
2. Configure your chat widget in the Chatra dashboard
3. Obtain the JavaScript snippet from your Chatra account
4. Add the snippet to your ShopWired website theme
5. The chat widget is displayed on your ShopWired website
