Asana

Asana is a work management platform used to organise tasks, projects and team workflows across teams and departments.

Using a pre-built Make.com scenario, newly created products in ShopWired trigger the automatic creation of a task in your selected Asana workspace and project. Product data is sent via webhook from ShopWired and used to populate the task within Asana.

• Each time a product is created in ShopWired, a new task is generated in your chosen Asana project

• Include key product information in tasks

• Product title, description, URL, SKU, stock and pricing can be included within the created Asana task

• Control where tasks are created

• Tasks are created in the specific Asana workspace and project you select during setup

• Process data via Make.com and Asana

• Product data is sent from ShopWired using the product.created webhook and processed through Make.com before being stored in your Asana account

1. Create an Asana account if you don't already have one
2. Ensure you have an active Asana workspace and an existing project for new tasks
3. Open the provided Make scenario blueprint and create a new scenario from it
4. Connect your Asana account, select your workspace and project, and enable the scenario
5. When a new product is created in ShopWired, a corresponding task will be created automatically in Asana
